So. Sarah decided that I'm too strong for everything that she previously had me doing, and since my hips doesn't really hurt enough to limit anything, she made a new workout plan for me. THE JOY! Seeing as it includes many forms of lunges, about 3 variations on pushups, v-sit crunches from HELL, all manner of tricep extensions, not to mention lifting large amounts of weight with my quads (as if they weren't huge enough as it is), and other such methods of torture, I'm going to be sore for a while. Man, by the time this is over, I'm going to be too buff to be a marathoner.
