Ran from Arlington Echo to Baldwin Mem'l Church and back during camp swim time instead of getting a shower. I guess it was a worth-while trade-off, since I actually got a chance to get a shower when I got back while the kids were doing random outdoor activities. Best of both worlds. But it felt nice to stretch my legs out a bit, and do something physically strenuous after being expected to be tired after our early morning (6:30 AM) canoe trip down the Severn Run. Ironically enough, I actually went running down the Severn Run because there was a westernly wind that drove the low tide exceptionally low, so there were an entire 3 inches of water almost all he way down the Run. It was actually pretty fun :). It'd be a good workout.
