Notes

So had training, started with 10 minutes on the bike, same deal with the 30 second intervals. Then I did stretching and started doing leg lifts, and decided to up the weights, so we ended up increasing the weights for everything, including arm stuff too. And I still was able to maintain the same number of reps, so I am definitely getting stronger. Which is pretty sweet. And on top of that, I didn't even need stim or ultrasound, because I was not in a lot of pain. Which is a first. So things are starting to look up. I think I might actually be starting to come back.

There still might be a 5:30 or less mile in my future. The maybe not this season, maybe not next season, but come June, we will see. We will see what's left of all this.
