Notes
Didin't have an absolutely horrible run today; it was pretty good. I had my good shoes and orthotics back, and the difference was AMAZING. Like, it's so crazy to think that you can tell how the angle your foot hits the ground can affect your whole run within a matter of minutes. But yeah, the old shoes are definitely dead. And it's sort of sad becaues these shoes are about halfway to being dead :(. I really like these shoes too. Oh well.
So yeah. The main roads were pretty good today, except for the fact that the shoulders weren't really plowed too well, so it was a little dangerous becaus I had to run in the road, but it turned out okay. It was peaceful. Compared to yesterday.
Oh, and there was an 11 news van down one of the roads I ran down, and the camera guy was like "Hey!!" and waved and filmed me running down the road. Haha. So I might be on the 5 oclock news tonight for being completely out of my mind. Imagine that.
I've determined that The Fray is good for running in the snow.
