Notes

Started with 10 minutes on the elliptical, then stretched, then did a core workout instead of lower body, but hey, that's fine with me. Did like 80 different variations on crunches, but two of them I couldn't do because they pulled too much on my hip, which is still not getting better. Grrr. Then I did some stuff for my arms, and I don't really remember too much else. OH! And I got new shoes, and possibly broke my toe this morning. How gratifying.
