Ran wayyyyy too fast for the first mile, especially with it being so hot and humid outside. Ugh. The rest of the run felt sluggish, and then I decided to stop at Ames street on the way back instead of coming all the way back to Simmons. Saw the fruit and veggie market, though, and it looked good, so I'll have to stop by on my way back from practicing!
