Ran a 2 stadium warmup, then a course with Mary and Allison, until about the two mile mark, and I just tightened up so bad I couldn't hold an 8 minute pace anymore. I just think its funny how I can run faster now during practice than I could during the race on Thursday. What gives? I don't get running sometimes. And then I just ran a two stadium cool down, because I was really hurting. That was 10 miles today. And then I go to work for 3 hours afterwards. Smart stuff, right there. And of course, all I've had to eat all day was a muffin and fruit.
I would have rather been stuffed in an abysmal water-filled hole the radius of my ribcage, head first.
Oh, but I turned in my I'm-quitting-on-August-15th notice. Haha. Saweet.
