This running log is starting to bother me, how it always asks for a time for EVERYTHING and won't let you enter anything unless you know how long it took.

MY LEGS DO NOT WANT TO WORK. Working out twice a day is soooo not a good idea. Like, I understand that these first few weeks are going to be hard, but seeing as all the hard work I've been putting in has not been paying off, there's really no indication that working with a trainer is going to pay off either. It's just going to hopefully prevent me from getting injured further, as of now that's all I'm shooting for. But being soooooo slow is not good for my head, I just wish I didn't have to start the season out under a cloud and be mentally dulled down from the start. Oh well.

Sarah suggested I up my protein intake to help my muscles repair faster, so I got a new protein powder for my smoothies, we'll see if it makes a difference. At this point, I'll try anything.

Other things I wanted to write but I am falling asleep sitting here and I need some major rest.
