Notes

Started out on the elliptical for about 10 minutes as a warmup, then Sarah stretched me out really good because of yesterday, then I went and did all kinds of fun strength training, not necessarily in the order that I have set forth here, and I'm sure I missed things since I did like everything on God's green earth, but that's the general gist of it.
