Tomorrow is race day so I went easy today. I just wanted to loosen up and avoid causing any pain. The short run went well. No pain anywhere and felt good. I did some running drills at the end and some strides to help with the loosening up. I'm excited for tomorrow. I'm not putting any time expectations on it; I want to go out and run hard. It's a baseline and will act as a motivator moving forward with my training. I don't want to be slow and tomorrow will help me get started on the path to being fast.
