Well, I went and ran my race today. Holy cow was I not expecting that time. So slow. I was cooking my first 1.5-2 miles but the last mile or so was all up hill and I bonked. I didn't have any pain which was good. I felt like throwing up though towards the end and that really affected my climbing ability. Well, I can only get faster (I hope). I need to start putting in more miles and some faster work like tempos and fartleks. Let's get it.
