Targets: 8mi(7:45), 4mi(7:35), 1mi(7:45). Struggled with mile 11&12 again. 13 wasn't a problem.
I think this showed that 7:45 is a bit quick for my marathon run pace, if 7:35 was a struggle in the half.
Also, got pretty thirsty around 11mi.

8steady, 4fast, 1steady. Steady pace is 7:40 to 8:10 pace per mile, fast is 7:45 - 7:55. Fast finish long runs teach to run fast while tired.
