Tempo 6 at 8:02 pace. Target pace was 8:00 to 8:20. Unfortunately, R2D2 (garmin) didn't give me mile paces, but only the 6 as a total. So it was difficult to see if I my instantaneous pace was on target toward the end.
New ASICS 1160s. Felt very bouncy. I rather like the 400+ mile ones better, but maybe the new ones will be better for my knee. I guess I'll need one more pair before race-day. The run was good and relatively easy. Legs felt great.
