Lifted beforehand. 65lbs lunges 3x10. 90lbs(too much) squats 3x6. Stabilizing platform 3x1min each foot (no idea if I was doing it right). Stiff Leg Dead Lift(?) 65lbs 3x10 (pretty sure I was doing this wrong). Straight Legs #9 3x10. The run itself felt pretty crappy for the first 2 miles and good for the 2nd 2. Also, trying to incorporate a post-run stretching routine.
