10x1000m @ 7:00 pace. 90sec recovery (walk 45 then jog to 9:20pace).

Original workout was slated as 7:30pace, but I thought this was obtainable. Felt good. In control the whole time. Concentrated on form - leaning forward slightly. Fatigue formed on front ankle (not used to better form). Couldn't focus on quick turn-over, but foot-pod says I managed 170-172.

R2 was usually complaining about going too fast. Finishing the 10th interval felt fine. A good workout; not exhausting.

Recommendation for next time: 6:40 pace.
