8x400 @ 95sec. 2x400 @ 81sec. Joined the 7:00mi pace group to start with. Finished with the 6:30 group. I'm really in between. Also, watch difficulties so missed a few rounds of intervals.
Quit too soon because John had enough and I didn't want him waiting around for me.
The workout was a medium on the difficulty scale. With the 6:30 group, and 4 sets (of 4x400) it would have been challenging.
