Left ankle a tad weak, but better than before. S washed all my gear so I had to run in my light shirt instead of the winter shirt. Also no gloves. Hands were ice cold. Also, tried to keep it at a slower pace but kept inching up. Trying not to wear out for tomorrow's long run.
