Met up at Atholton HS with Carlos and David since HCC is prepping for NJCAA Nationals starting tomorrow
*I wasn't feeling great throughout the day
*there was a field hockey scrimmage going on at the track so we opted for a change of scenery
W/U: ~3.25mi
Workout: 6x Harriet Tubman hills (~700m @ 6% grade), easy jog down
Splits: 2:31, 2:30, 2:29, 2:29, 2:29, 2:27
C/D: 2.5mi
Legs felt a bit heavy but ended up loosening up at the workout progressed. It was based more on effort rather than time.
Turned out to be a decent day...
