my running segments are beginning to feel much more comfortable. My stride felt the best today around the 1 mile mark. I noticed I was landing more on the middle of my foot and that made it feel smoother. Need to focus on that a little more. I was a little slow today with the pace, but I suppose I should not be too difficult on myself considering I had to lay off for 5 days. Feels like I have done more, but this was only my 9th run since I began, Feel really good this morning right after the run!
