MOST RIDICULOUS RUN IN A LONG LONG LONG TIME! Partly cloudy at the start, then sunny then windy then rainy, then all that combined with MOTHER F'ING HAIL!!! This is mother f'ing Arizona! Anyways, first mile in 7:40, young'uns ran a 7:00. Half way at 17:47, the second sopping wet half in 20:02. Used warm showers to heat myself up again. When I got home an hour later and spent 30 seconds getting the mail I came in shivering and needed a scalding hot bath to resume normal temperature.
