Wow, a new PR this morning! Haven't run this fast since college. Went out strong with Marc K. and 2 high school runners and kept them all in sight. Beginning to figure out my thresholds again. First mile was around 5:34 or so. Could here foot steps behind most of the race, so with a 1/2 mile left I picked up the pace and sprinted up the hill to the finish line. Really felt good today and the intervals have definitely helped.
