COMMENTS: In Vegas. 5% humidity, 105 degrees. Really wanted to hit 50 miles this week, so after laying out at the pool (Mandalay Bay) for an hour, I went and ran. I was very careful d/t the heat and monitored myself closely. Ran south on Las Vegas Blvd past the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, then back to Russell, across 15 then back. Glad to hit 50 for only the second time this year.
