COMMENTS: Really medicated myself last night and hoped that I'd be OK to run this morning. Took some more cold medicine this am and showed up for a 14miler with the lunatics. 1st mile was 9min and I felt bad but hoped I'd rally. I was worse every step and at 3.3, in front of Russell Elementary, I realized I was done. It was lightly raining and i didn't have on a shirt. The closest house I could think of was Shellie and John's, so I walked the 1/2 mile to their house and got a ride to my car downtown. Felt rough the rest of the day.
