COMMENTS: All on trail. To woodchip pile and back + .4. 907, 835, couple of warmup miles with crowd then 737, 749, 729, 723, 727, 716. Last 6 with 730 average. Ran with John P, Dale W. and several miles with Chris L. Pace felt good and this was a great morning run.
