COMMENTS: Legs felt heavy again today. John and I ran 1st 3 alone, then Tom and Mike caught up, John turned off at 5 to save his legs for HOA Marathon. Tom and Mike just kept speeding up, hills be damned. I had to bow out at Providence and Stewart. Took trail back, instead of Providence to Stadium to Forum. Tough hills from 2 to 6.5.
