Ran the "Two loop 20" with the Lunatics. This is a hilly course, but luckily the weather was nice. My legs were extremely sore yesterday and today. I felt terrible at 5 miles and considered only doing the 1st 10 mile loop. But by 6 miles I got a second wind and felt pretty good until about 15. The same feeling of malaise came then went in about a mile and I finished stong and feelling good. Even after the run at breakfast, I felt better than I had imagined. Now (2 hours later) I feel good and decided I didn't need a nap. Only problem now is the large blister that formed around mile 15. I wait until tomorrow to dicide what to do with it.
