Notes
Cheese and Saurkraut 10 miler. 25mph winds and 44 degrees made for some chilly standing around but once we got going it was fine. I planned to run 7:40 a mile or so, but as it often does, we picked it up. Started with John Palmer then caught up to Dan Sitar and Tom at about 6 miles. Tom and I ran together while John then Dan took off. It was a predict a time, so we ran without a watch. I wish I would have know how close I was to 70 minutes, because I would have gone just under on principle alone. I did not have a lot left however! My piss poor training is showing its ugly head.
