COMMENTS: Was supposed to do a speed workout, but cold remains and I just didn't have it tonight. I knew from this mornings weight workout that I'm not 100%. Planned on running 3 mile wu, then 4X90sec quarters with a 1/4 jog in between, then 2 mile wd. Wound up doing 2 mile wu, 2 X 1/4 with a 1/4 jog and then 1 mile wd.Glad to get out there, but not a quality workout. 2 wu in 14:52, 88sec 1/4, jog, 87 sec 1/4, jog (mile in 6:28) then 1 mile wd in 7:06.

Later this night. Got up to blow my nose out came the thickest brownish/yellow snot I've ever seen. If I feel bad tomorrow I'll start antibiotics.
