Ran from a trailhead near Washington, MO to another trailhead (can't remember either on right now) and back. Windy, but I really enjoyed this run. Throat sore and only getting worse. Only 40 pu and 50 su today. All days before today to 1 Oct has been a minimum of 100 su and 100 pu a day.
