Went to T/Th run but it was raining and I hate running in a cold rain. Went to Wilson's North instead. Really enjoyed watching SportsCenter and weather. 2 @ 7.7, 8, 8.3 mph. Felt good except @ 8.3 Left hamstring started to tighten (as usual).
