Sure is nice to come back to Missouri and have the temperature down in the 70s. Melanie and I took LD to the trail for a walk (at Garth). We walked about a mile then I ran home via the trail to Cosmo to Bus 70 to CS, to Texas to Garth and home. I had not wanted to run all day and I am extremely sore from the drive. My neck, back, buttocks and hamstrings are all tight. The first 1/2 mile felt terrible, but then I decided to pick up the pace and see what happens. I felt better as the run progressed and ran negative splits except for the on with Bear Creek trail, but that one was still very good!
