Drove to JC to meet Peyton Burlingame. He was at the Capitol Plaza for State Student Government since Thursday and leave for home (Lee's Summit) this afternoon. I met him at 6:15 and we headed up and around the Capitol then followed the C2C course across the river and to the Katy Trail. We were at about 3.7 when we got to the trail and went east till we were at 4.5 miles. We then retraced out tracks back to his hotel. 811, 801, 724, 727, 728, 716, 715, 747, 713.
This run felt great but I was sucking wind at every uphill while his breathing remained effortless. This was an easy run for him but at was a good training run for me.
