Notes

I've ran 31 of the last 33 days and only missed d/t a stomach flew that we all had. In addition, I've done push-ups, pull-ups, and curls 32/33 days. I'm trying to stay consistent until my surgery and then only miss 4-6 days. I've gone from 165.0 lbs on 1 April to 159.0 this morning. My diet is much improved but still has room for a lot of improvement. Today was the first 4 miler where I've gone under 30 minutes. It felt good and I can feel solid improvement. I should be ready to run the T/Th A route by 1 June.
