Ran with Todd, Katie, Phil, Nancy, Dan, Sam, Chris and Laura. The increased speed at the end was tough for me.
Overall, felt pretty good and I've stuck to my plan of adding 2 miles to my long run for 5 consecutive weeks (6,8,10,12,14). Other daily exercises are helping too. Just need to stay consistent.
