Great run this morning. I've had some really good 10K training runs, but this is the best run over that distance I've had in a while. Ran last 8 @ 6:52 average despite some challenging hills.
Ran 1st 5 with Tom, Phil and John, then last 6 with Tom only. Tom looked smooth and strong after repeated injury setbacks that have hampered him for months. He ran an extra 2 miles after I finished.
