COMMENTS: DAY 424!
Hot, but had a breeze out of south. 749, 724, 731 (uphill) 708 (into wind) 641! 1st mile was a struggle and I thought it would be in the low 8s, but I was moving faster than that after all. Missed CMC T/Th run d/t 0730 breakfast in Jefferson City. Rode with boss last two days, and tomorrow the Director of Sales Training rides with me. When it rains, it pours! Can't wait till Thursday.
