Hated the idea of running alone again, so I called John. He had run 4 earlier but wanted to go more. Still beautiful outside but big changes coming. Winter is on the way! We talked the whole way and the run just clicked by. I think that is a major part of the motivation I've lost. So I need to get back to the group running philosophy.
