Melanie and I stopped at Dad's on the way back from Adrian. I wanted to get in a run and say HI to Dad. I ran an old loop: Home, behind fairgrounds to 16th to 65 to Home. I was in the last mile when i tripped over something and went down. I tore up my left hand, and cut my right hand and right knee. I don't know why when I fall running 8mph it looks like I wrecked a bike at 40mph? Cleaned out all the gravel at Dad's then Melanie drove back to Columbia.
