Got out of bed for a change and really enjoyed running with Katie, Phil, Dan E, Laura, and Nancy. Dressed perfectly execpt hands were cold. I never looked at my watch but knew I was givning about all I had for the distance, so I'm not as out of shape as I thought, but still have a long way to go. The cold today was so much better than the warmth of the Wilson's Treadmill yesterday. I need to remember that every cold morning this winter!
