COMMENTS: Could have done a long run but took a long nap after we got back from Adrian. I had Melanie dropped me off at the Forum access and I ran up Forum to Stadium to Prov. to Wilson's (Vandiver) to Garth and home. Hilly route. These last two weeks have been the toughest in a long time. I have the pain in my Left buttocks and multiple pains all over. If there is such thing as a peak, I did it two weeks ago. I'm hoping for a good next week as i turn 41.
