High winds again today compounded with a very sore throat, made this run miserable. Ran from MGM to Koval to Harmon, to UNLV intermural fields and back (same as last night).
Met Zoey tonight. Paul and Heather are so happy to be parents and she is beautiful. Great to catch up with them.
