Notes
I am obviously in pretty good shape. I felt great this entire run and could have easily gone further. Started at 5:25 and ran 8 with Todd on the trail from Forum 4 out and back. The temp was 40 and the stars were amazing. The soft trail really helped the legs and then we met with the main group at 6:30 We ran around campus/greek town since it's homecoming weekend. Absolutely a great run.

After the run I took a quick shower and took the family to the homecoming parade. It lasted 2 hours and was wonderful too The kids were SO excited. Great start to the weekend.
