The heat in the evenings has finally driven me to get up for the T/TH run. So glad that I did. In preparation I intentionally did not run yesterday. This morning I took it easy for the first mile then started dropping the pace. I am pleased to finally feel that I can hang with most of the crew for 7 or so.
