COMMENTS: New T/Th record @ 169. Many 1st timers. Ran from Forum to Prov (on trail) then to Green Meadows to Forum then another .4 on the trail for 7 miles. Ran negative splits with Tom. 817, 752, 729, 711, 705, 656, 650. I got 6 hours of sleep and I have to start getting more.
