Maximal Oxygen Testing by Tom LaFontaine. I will have to wait a couple of weeks before the results are done, but he said that he'd guess it would turn out around VO2Max of 60. This is good news in that my Ability surpasses my Performace. He added that I may be able to raise it to 63 with proper training. I assume that means quit my job, get a coach, a dietician, etc.

The test consisted of being placed on the treadmill @ 3% grade then increasing the speed from 6mph (by .2) every 30 seconds (to 10mph). I was breathing through a mask and everything was monitored. Not overly exhaustive but I was getting there quick.
