COMMENTS: Course: to Grindstone and back (around mulch pile). Ran 1st 6 with John then picked it up with Mike T. for last 2 (John not feeling too good, so we were slowing down a bit). John and I took off ahead of the group because we hate running the 1st mile in 9+. 754, 732, 737, 749, 753, 725, 647, 638. I fell during this run and it's the first time I've fallen during a run in a long time. It was on a bridge coming back and I obviously rolled just right because I came up without a scratch. Later in the day there were no signs that I had fallen. In the past, there would have been signs.
