I can't believe some of the dumb mistakes I'm making this week. Each day I act like my legs are fresh, and OHHH they are not. Today, after sleeping in, taking the morning off from running, and the day off from work, I thought I'd go run a hilly 10 miler. I started at Forum at MKT and took off up Forum to Chapel Hill. That 1st hill went on forever and I was wondering if this was a good idea or not. Then at the top of Chapel hill at Fairview I realized how exhausted I was. Sunscreen was running into my eyes, the sun was beating down and there as another 7.5 miles to go. I decided to ditch the Nifong option and ran my remaining 4 miles on the trail (after I hit it @ scott). Dumb plan regarding the course. Once I got on the trail, I started feeling better and it was a pleasant run in the shade. Got 9.5 hours of sleep. Total for week - 54.3

(Wednesday,14 July 83'-last/only other 100+ week)-"1) Ran 3 of 7 with Max and Brad, 7:30 pace. Course- Home to Stadium to Richard's (Shultz), 7 miles. 6:30 am. Felt OK. Side stitch for a little while (1-2 & 6-7); 2) Ran alone, 7:30 pace. Course- Home to Greenridge 4 miler to stadium and home. Temp 91 degrees. 6:30 PM. Felt good and enjoyed it. Good day, 8 miles. Sleep 8 hours. Total for day-15; Total for week - 45
