Notes

Didn't plan to run this fast in the heat, but had some stress that I guess I needed to release. A south breeze helped keep me from getting too overheated and the miles just clicked by. 750, 722, 730(uphill), 705, 634.

I've been unable to get up early and go to the T/Th run. I guess I'm just so out of the habit, but I love to have those daily runs done early. Second best choice is to do them right after work, like tonight.

Really disappointed to see my weight going up, but I'm stil not watching my diet like before boston!
