Really tough to get up this morning, but I have to make this a habit. I planned to take it easy, but just rolled through the hills, the flats, the trail. 803, 756, 739, 729, 730, 726, 728, 329.
Just realized that I fell below my 7 miles per day average (for the year) this weekend. I plan to get on track and get that average back up.
