Wanted this to be a "Marathon Pace" night, but after my 4th mile (second pace mile) I felt terrible. I ran another 4 easy then felt good enough to run anothe pace mile. Glad I got in the miles I wanted, but I was 3 pace miles short of my goal. I felt glycogen depleted.

I was stretching after my run and I felt a "pop" in my Left Hamstring. It scared me, but it doesn't hurt right now. I hope I haven't hurt something.
I have now ran 28/52 miles @ (or better than) marathon race pace of 6:50 this month. My goal is 24 more before Boston. (5+4+3+3+13)
